it's very simple, man,

take a pano or landescapes or a cityscape, whatever you want you just need o very stright horizon, then you modify the image size , you trnsfom the image from a rectangular to a square, rotate 180°, then filter --->distorsion--->;polar coordinate (square to polar) and you have it.
try and tell me how is difficult
